These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 97bajee ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 97bajee website at https://97bajee.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional offers, and the cashier facility.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 97bajee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 97bajee platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. All communications between 97bajee and its players — including support interactions, bonus notifications, account alerts, and legal correspondence — will be conducted in English.

97bajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. When material changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 97bajee.

Access to and use of the 97bajee platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 97bajee operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Players who are under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or claiming any bonus on this platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by 97bajee or any other gaming operator to which you are bound.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold all balances pending investigation, and, where required by applicable law, report the matter to the relevant authorities. Any winnings generated by an underage player are void and will not be paid out.

One Account Per Player: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 97bajee platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — are strictly prohibited. If 97bajee identifies that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus balances will be voided, and the matter will be reviewed by our compliance team. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account must be accurate and truthful. You must notify 97bajee promptly of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting our support team. 97bajee accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information, including failure to receive account notifications due to an outdated email address or phone number.

Identity Verification (KYC): 97bajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to player security and anti-money laundering compliance. You may be required to submit identity documentation at any stage, including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or during any account review. Accepted documents include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Driver's licence issued by BRTA
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification, dated within the last 3 months)

Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit on 97bajee is ৳300. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within 15 minutes to the player's registered bKash or Nagad wallet. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the 97bajee account holder.

Withdrawal Verification: Before processing a withdrawal, 97bajee may require completion of KYC verification if not already completed. Additionally, players must have wagered a minimum of the total deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved. This requirement exists to prevent the use of 97bajee as a money transfer or currency exchange service rather than a genuine gaming platform.

Refused or Delayed Withdrawals: 97bajee reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) the account is under investigation for fraudulent activity; (c) the withdrawal request does not meet the minimum wagering requirement; or (d) the payment details provided do not match the registered account details. In all such cases, 97bajee will notify the player and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

97bajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the point of offer. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 150% matched deposit value, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount in BDT. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 21 days of being credited, after which any uncompleted bonus and associated winnings will be removed from the account balance.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money gameplay that contributes to wagering, as defined by the specific bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally; slot games typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a per-spin value of ৳10 unless stated otherwise. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been completed in full. Attempting to withdraw before completion will result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.

Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk hedging strategies to complete wagering requirements, or exploiting a known technical error — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided. 97bajee may also close the account of any player found to be engaging in systematic bonus abuse and may withhold withdrawals pending an investigation.

By registering and using the 97bajee platform, you agree to use our services only for their intended purpose and in a manner that is lawful, responsible, and consistent with these Terms. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players without exception:

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information at all times during the registration process and throughout the lifetime of your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential, and to notify 97bajee immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Take full responsibility for all wagers placed and all transactions conducted through your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the platform.
• Engage with our responsible gaming tools if you feel that your gambling activity is becoming problematic.

You agree NOT to:

• Register more than one account on the 97bajee platform under the same or different identities.
• Use any automated system, bot, script, crawler, data-mining tool, or artificial intelligence to access, scrape, or interact with any part of the 97bajee platform.
• Attempt to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or glitches in any game or in the platform itself. Any winnings resulting from a known or suspected technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engage in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or other multiplayer formats.
• Undertake any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the use of the 97bajee platform.
• Attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction made to your 97bajee account in bad faith.
• Use VPN, proxy, or any other service to disguise your true geographic location or to circumvent any restrictions imposed by 97bajee or applicable law.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse 97bajee staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat and email.

Breach of any of the obligations set out in this section may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and in serious cases, referral of the matter to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Closure at Player Request: You may request the closure of your 97bajee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, please use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings, or state clearly in your closure request that the closure is for responsible gaming reasons. Self-excluded players will not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period and will not be permitted to re-register until the exclusion period has elapsed and a formal reactivation request has been reviewed.

Suspension or Closure by 97bajee: 97bajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Confirmed or suspected use of automated betting tools, bots, or exploitation of software errors
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player in bad faith
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 97bajee staff or other players
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months

Where an account is closed by 97bajee due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal review. If the review concludes that the player's conduct constituted fraud or money laundering, the withheld funds may be transferred to relevant authorities. In all other cases, legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player following the conclusion of the review.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 97bajee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 97bajee platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

Platform Availability: 97bajee makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond our reasonable control — including internet service disruptions, power failures, natural disasters, or third-party system failures. 97bajee shall not be liable for any losses resulting from platform unavailability during such periods.

Game Outcomes: All casino games on the 97bajee platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology operated by the respective game studio providers. 97bajee does not control or influence individual game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and the wager returned to the player's account. 97bajee accepts no liability for any claimed losses arising from a game round that has been voided due to a technical error.

Third-Party Services: The 97bajee platform integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and data feed operators. 97bajee is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service interruptions of any third-party provider. Where a delay or error in a payment transaction is attributable to a third-party payment network (such as bKash, Nagad, or a bank), 97bajee will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee resolution timelines that fall outside our control.

Maximum Liability: Where 97bajee is found to be liable to a player under any applicable law, our total aggregate liability in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their 97bajee account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, where such rights apply.
